In their own words
"When Big Brothers Big Sisters of America began to develop a national voice portal, we sought out AudioLink because of it's incredible reputation and great personal service. Accommodating our many delays and rescheduling, they worked with us, found a great voice talent in John Lisanti, and generously provided all of their time for free.
AudioLink is the voice of Big Brothers Big Sisters."

Characters and Simulated Dialogue
Voice over actors sound more "real"
If your product requires the sound of "real people" in simulated scenarios the temptation can be to use your staff, your friends, or other amateur voice talent. After all, they are "real people" right?
Think about it, do they use amateurs in movies or TV shows to portray characters? Of course not. A voice over actor will sound more believeable. The "talent" of voice talent is that of an actor. A voice over actor matched with still images of the characters being portrayed can be as effective (or more effective) then video - and is a lot less expensive.
Our voice talent includes actors of all ages, and countless accents. The use of "international" voices is becoming quite common - as diversity is strived for by course developers.
We've been doing this for 25 years, not only effectively, but cost effectively.
