Recording and editing voice over narration is the most important specialty in the field of multimedia audio production. From radio spots to interactive classroom activities to corporate training programs, nothing makes media come alive or makes content more accessible than the sound of the human voice.

At AudioLink, narration production doesn’t stop when the voice over talent leaves the sound booth. Our services include:

Voice Recording

Each narration session is recorded in non-reflective, quiet rooms with extremely high quality microphones chosen specifically for recording the human voice. You may attend your session in person or via digital phone patches directly to our studios. Because they know they can rely on our expertise and attention to detail, many of our clients have us record without their supervision.

Voice Editing

Once recording is done, we utilize our carefully honed systems to quickly and accurately edit the multimedia audio to conform to your script's specifications. We assure volume consistency (a key factor in random access audio) and carefully assign each audio file a name, according to conventions you specify. Accurate file names are extremely important to the efficiency of the process.

File Conversion

Final multimedia audio files are converted to your specified format. We use custom equalization and other digital signal processing to optimize the audio so that you get the most out of whatever file format you choose.

ISDN Recording

We frequently record direct to or from our studios via a full bandwidth ISDN interface to a network of studios worldwide.

Foreign Language Work

We have access to top quality actors who are native speakers in various languages. We have also developed techniques to allow us to record and edit in dozens of languages, even those not using Roman characters.
