Our Staff

A company is defined by it's staff and when people stay for many years their experience becomes a big part of the company's abilities.

Josh Arakelian joined AudioLink as an Audio Engineer in 1999, leaving for a year and a half to pursue other interests, only to return to anchor the engineering staff with his incredible skills. Josh graduated from Berklee College of Music.

Charles Matthews studied as an Audio Engineer at Full Sail and started here in 2003. Like all of us at AudioLink, Charles truly enjoys exceeding client expectations. “When customers say 'Work your magic' I know I'm doing something right”.  He added, “What I like most is being a part of the global push into new media and new ways of educating”.

Vice President of Operations Shannon Barreira came on board in 2007 after majoring in Mass Communications and video in college. As “second in command”, Shannon ably manages all day-to-day operations at AudioLink. She juggles hundreds of projects for US and International clients as well as scheduling of her audio engineer colleagues and voice talent.

She is the busy “go-to” contact for all clients…collaborating with them to oversee both the audio narrations process as well as timing of their deliverables and the accuracy of final content. Shannon is highly adept at managing priorities plus project records and plans to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction while keeping her sense of humor.

In addition to these key employees we have a pool of freelance audio engineers, script preparation assistants and session supervisors.
